Reservation, Booking and Change Policy

A 50% deposit is required on booking, and the balance (Remaining 50% of Rental, Cleaning fee and Security deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of your departure upon receipt of a satisfaction inspection report.

PLEASE NOTE
The Security Deposit and Cleaning fee may vary between Callala Beach and Broke. Barefoot will provide details of any such deviations at the time of booking.

In the event you wish to change a reservation, then please contact Barefoot and subject to availability we will look to accommodate the request. Please note that changes to new dates will attract the rates associated with the revised dates.

Only a registered number of guests notified to host during booking may be allowed on the premises. If additional guests are found then there will be additional charges per person per night or the extra guests may be asked to leave the premises. So if you change your mind about the number of guests after your booking you are required to seek the host’s approval prior to arrival at the premises.

Regarding Barefoot at Broke: Our base rate is for 4 guests for 2 bedrooms use and the third bedroom will be locked.
The 3rd bedroom will only be opened if booking is for more than 4 guests or if you have not more than 4 guests and wants the third bedroom open, please contact us for additional charges that will apply.

Cancellation Policy

50% non-refundable for cancellation. If cancellation before 4 weeks of arrival, the remaining 50% is not payable.
