Barefoot at Broke Booking and CANCELLATION Policy

Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required on booking, and the balance (Remaining 50% of Rental and Security deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of your departure upon receipt of a satisfaction inspection report.

Only a registered number of guests notified to host during booking may be allowed on the premises. So, if you change your mind about the number of guests after you book you are required to seek the host’s approval prior to arrival at the premises.

At Barefoot at Broke our base rate is for 4 guests for 2 bedrooms use and the third bedroom will be locked.
The 3rd bedroom will only be opened if booking is for more than 4 guests or if you have not more than 4 guests and wants the third bedroom open, please contact us for additional charges that will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of your departure upon receipt of a satisfaction inspection report.

If cancelled at least 4 weeks before check in: Refund of 50% of rental.

If cancelled within 4 weeks of check in: Rental is not refundable.

  • Check-in: After 2:30 pm
  • Checkout: 10:00 am
  • Self check-in with key safe
  • No smoking
  • No parties or events
  • Pet is allowed with pre-approval (Charges apply:  A small dog will be allowed, at a fee of $35 per dog per stay)
